Sota VPN is a service provided and developed by Cat Connect Oy, a company registered in Finland. Hereafter, "We", "Us", "Our", and "Sota VPN" refer to Cat Connect Oy. By using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
Payments
All payments are made in advance. The service will be automatically canceled if the user does not renew their account before expiration date. After a successful payment the user will be notified by e-mail.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions are personal and may not be used by multiple people. Accounts may be terminated in case they're shared. Users can, at any point, disable automatic renewal on the user profile page.
Refund policy
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee if you're not satisfied with our service or wish to cancel your purchase. The 30-day period starts when your payment is made. Each account and customer is eligible for the refund offer only once. We do not offer refunds for cryptocurrency payments.
Logging
Sota VPN does not log any activity of its users. Please see the Sota VPN's privacy policy for an expanded statement.
Privacy policy
Sota VPN's Privacy Policy explains the way the Company handles and protects your personal data and privacy in relation to your use of the Service and your browsing of the sotavpn.com website. By agreeing to the present Terms and Conditions and to be able to use the Service, you agree to our Privacy Policy.
Illegal activities
Users may not use Sota VPN to commit crimes. In the case of a crime being committed, Sota VPN retains full rights to suspend the account in question without a refund.
Responsibility
Sota VPN is not to be held responsible for any damages or loss of income caused by using our services. The main goal of our service is to protect your privacy. We absolutely do not condone or promote criminal activities of any sort. Sota VPN is not responsible for a non-working service if the User has a non-usable internet connection and/or hardware- or software issues. Sota VPN cannot be held responsible for any loss of service due to external damages or interruptions.
Changes
We do not notify users of minor changes to these Terms. If significant changes are made, we will notify all users by email. Sota VPN will contact all users by email if dramatic changes are made.
Dispute
All disputes that cannot be resolved directly between Sota VPN and the involved parties will be settled in a Finnish court.
